For more than 20 years, D’Mace has focused its efforts entirely in delivering the most authentic Bidan experiences under the CK BIDAN brand name to thousands of mothers and women every day — a success made possible through its core strategy of ongoing modernising and corporatising of its services at every opportunity.
Today, the group is recognised internationally for its outstanding services in personal care and is synonymous with excellence and customer satisfaction. The group has also expanded its services to include confinement lady sourcing and a mother & baby product e-shop to better serve the market. It operates over 250 locations strategically located across its area of operations.

In line with its policy of continuous improvement and vision to touch lives, the D’Mace Group has set its sights on enhancing its Bidan experience through the integration of the latest fintech technologies that will consolidate the services provided by CK BIDAN, CK MAMA and CK Mart into a brand-new online service platform.
The Goal
Integrating lifestyle services, information technology and financial services, this new proprietary fintech e-commerce platform will be the key in supporting this expansion. The goal: to facilitate the next revolution in modern living by enabling women everywhere to engage our Bidan and other health services more accessibly and conveniently than ever before through an easy-to-use online app— in line with the rapid modernisation taking place in virtually every sector of the economy that is rendering conventional business models obsolete.
This, in turn, will drive exponential increases in sales and transactions powered by consumer-centric services built around exceptional digital content. The Introduction of online scheduling capabilities will also significantly streamline resource management, resulting in increased efficiency and profitability.

Truly Universal Platform
To create a truly universal platform, the D’Mace Group is constantly forming long-term partnerships with innovative and dynamic companies, connecting all major third-party content and financial service providers into a true, one-stop platform.
The D’Mace Group will launch its comprehensive super apps to promote its Bidan services to an international audience in collaboration with MyBeauty Tourism’s beauty and wellness tourism initiative.
Super App Transformation
Ultimately, the D’Mace Group aims to transform the platform into a Super App that will seamlessly combine booking, merchant, payment, and loyalty point systems to drive financial inclusion and ease of business. These systems — aptly named ‘E-Wallet’, ‘E-Mall’, and ‘Fintech’ —will not only deliver new levels of convenience and customer satisfaction but also increase their savings through cost reductions and discounts by participating in referral programmes.

At its current stage of development, the platform is already a highly user-friendly mobile app that integrates the services of our subsidiaries, CK BIDAN and CK MAMA, allowing our customers to book appointments, consultations, make instant payments, and find information all from a single point of entry online. Eventually, the system will include the CK MART store where customers can purchase merchandise directly through the app.
2021
Supports over 1,000 mothers and women each month who are served by over 500 trained bidan and 400 confinement ladies
Target
Increase to 5,000 bidan and 10,000 confinement ladies serving 46,000 customers per year.
2026
E-Mall and E-Wallet systems are projected to be supported by over 30,000 merchants serving over 50,000 customers daily.
